渋谷駅西口から徒歩5分。寿司と天ぷらをカジュアルに楽しめる名古屋で人気の「ぴち天」が東京初上陸!金沢直送の鮮魚を中心とした刺し身やにぎり寿司、サクサクの衣が特徴の天ぷらのみならず、名古屋の名物も取りそろえている。「ぴち天」のコンセプトは、「職人が握る寿司や天ぷらをカジュアル&リーズナブルに楽しめる酒場です。

5-minute walk from the West Exit of Shibuya Station. Pichiten, a popular restaurant in Nagoya where you can enjoy sushi and tempura casually, has landed in Tokyo for the first time! Pichiten offers not only sashimi and nigiri-zushi (nigiri sushi) made mainly from fresh fish shipped directly from Kanazawa, and tempura with crispy batter, but also Nagoya’s specialties. The concept of Pichiten is “a bar where you can enjoy sushi and tempura made by artisans at a casual and reasonable price.

看板メニューは大きくカットした本マグロを贅沢に使用した「ぴち天本マグロ太巻」や、活きた車海老をその場で捌いて調理する「車海老天ぷら」など。寿司は「大トロ」「中トロ」「漬けマグロ」といった定番をはじめ、金沢から直送される旬の鮮魚を中心にラインナップ。

また、天ぷらに「師崎穴子」「奥三河鶏かしわ」などのご当地食材を使用するほか、一品料理には「名古屋コーチン茶碗蒸し」「名古屋コーチン鰻入り玉子焼き」や「手羽先唐揚げ」、「三河豚味噌カツピンチョス」など、“名古屋メシ”をアレンジしたメニューも揃えております。

Signature dishes include the “Pichiten Tuna Futomaki,” a sumptuous roll of tuna cut into large pieces, and the “Tiger Prawn Tempura,” made with live tiger prawns that are processed and prepared on the spot. The sushi lineup includes standard items such as “Ootoro”, “Chutoro”, and “Pickled Tuna”, as well as fresh seasonal fish shipped directly from Kanazawa.

In addition, local ingredients such as “Shizaki Anago” and “Okumikawa Chicken Kashiwa” are used for tempura, and a la carte dishes include “Nagoya Meshi” such as “Nagoya Cochin Chawanmushi”, “Nagoya Cochin Eel Fried Egg”, “Fried Chicken Wings”, and “Mikawa Pork Miso Katsu Pinchos”. We also have a variety of menu items that are arranged “Nagoya meshi” (Nagoya dishes).
